Is there a minimum number of services?
Fridays and Saturdays from May to October, a minimum of five (5) services is required.

How much are extension rentals?
Rentals are $150 plus HST.

Do you charge an early morning fee?
Yes. If the morning timeline for the wedding day has an earlier start time, the fees below are applicable:

6:00 a.m. - $50

5:00 a.m. - $150

How long do services take?
Brides are allotted a 1.15 - 1.5 hour time frame.
Guests are allotted 45 minutes for their services.
Any touch up services will be done when all other services are completed.

When should I be booking my bridal preview?
We recommend booking bridal preview appts. 3-4 months before your wedding date. We will send out information guides for booking these services online.

Your booking is secured once a signed contract and deposit have been received.

Do you charge a travel fee?
Basic travel begins at $1.00 per kilometer one way. This will be added to the invoice when details are finalized. Accommodations will need to be arranged for any travel that is 3+ hours.

When do trials take place?
Trials are held at Alyssa Doucet Artistry's Home Studio in Kitchener. An email will be sent out to bride's 3-4 months before the wedding day to book the trial appointment online.

can i get touch ups through the day?
Absolutely! We offer touch-up services and hourly rates if you’d like us to stay for touch-ups or if you have multiple events throughout the day.

what payment options do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, e-transfers, and cash payments. A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due two days before your wedding day.

how do hair extension rentals work?
We provide hair extension rentals specifically chosen to blend seamlessly with your hair for added volume and length. During your consultation, we’ll match you with the right set, which will be applied on your wedding day and returned afterward.

what happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my trial appointment?
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We require a minimum of 3 days' notice for cancellations, as outlined in our cancellation policy.
